Yoga as Pilgrimage Online Workshop Series Session 7:

A series of workshops & discussion on Ranju’s book Yoga as Pilgrimage and the chapter Focusing.

Each session will focus on a particular chapter of the book and will include:

• Ranju and Dave presenting ideas related to the content of the chapter Focusing
• a practice
• an open forum discussion on the practice and what has arisen during the presentation session

The workshops will be recorded and made available to all registered participants.

Each workshop is standalone, but, obviously, together will form a complete overview of the book. Recordings of past workshops can be made available at the usual cost.
