Support, Direction & Space – A CPD Weekend for Teachers and Keen Students

£225 – £245This is long weekend (Friday afternoon – Sunday) at the beautiful Elmslie House in Great Malvern with both Dave & Ranju.
This workshop will explore the fundamental aspects of support, direction and space, as applicable to asana and pranayama practice. The weekend will be largely practical, with practice sessions and discussion of the practices in order to clarify some fundamental paradigms that can be applied to the participant’s own practice and teaching. This workshop is aimed at CPD for AYS members and other Yoga teachers, and to further personal exploration and practice for keen students.

This course will be run from Elmslie House, WR14 3AG, near Great Malvern. This venue is a beautiful Yoga space 20 min from the M5 junctions 7 & 8, and close to Great Malvern station (5 min walk). Great Malvern is directly accessible by rail from London Paddington and Birmingham. Accommodation is readily available close to the venue, and it is well situated for access to local shops and cafes in Great Malvern (5min walk). There is unrestricted parking in the streets around the venue.
