St Nons Open Retreat with Ranju Roy

For the past 10 years Ranju has run an open residential weekend at the beautiful retreat centre at St Nons on the Pembrokeshire coast. Looking westwards out to sea, it’s right on the coastal path and Saturday afternoon is free for walking and exploring the local area. Spaces are limited (3 twin rooms and 8 single rooms).
The weekend will include and early morning practice on Saturday and Sunday, theory and practice sessions and an evening open session for discussion and questions. The theme has yet to be set.
