Intro to āyurveda and antarāya: AIT Module 4

This 4 day module is both the fourth long weekend of our Art of Individual Teaching course and also an open event for those wishing to develop or review their skills in 1-1 teaching. The prerequisites for this module are to be found here http://www.sadhanamala.com/art-of-individual-teaching/
This module will introduce some of the models of healing from an āyurvedic perspective, as well as develop  study from Yoga Sūtra Chapter 1 . There will also be some focus on working with issues  around digestion and also the application of prāṇāyāma.
