AIT Module 8: Teacher-Student-Tradition

This 4 day module is  the eighth long weekend of our Art of Individual Teaching course and also an open event for those wishing to develop or review their skills in 1-1 teaching. The prerequisites for this module are to be found here https://www.sadhanamala.com/art-of-individual-teaching/
This module will explore the concept of nimitta and the role of the teacher (from YS 4.3); Teacher-Student-Tradition; additional techniques in āsana and prāṇāyāma. There will be also time to review the course and fill in gaps.
As on other weekends, there will time for group practices, chanting, supervision/discussion and feedback from previous homework
