• Parinama Retreat Fri 9-11 Mar 2012

A weekend retreat with Ranju and Dave in Bristol (venue to be confirmed). This retreat will focus on Parinama – the fundamental nature of change and transformation. We will explore the teachings on parinama from the 3rd chapter of the Yoga Sutra and seek to reflect the themes in the practices on the weekend. The retreat will be limited to 20 people.

Timing: 6pm Friday - 4pm Sunday.
The cost of the retreat is £165 to include all tuition.

To reserve a place please send a £80 non-returnable deposit to Sadhana Mala, Haywain Cottage, Priestfields, Hanley Castle, Worcester, WR8 0AH. The balance will be due one month before the retreat. For further details call Ranju on 01823 275766.

• Parinama Retreat Fri 5-7 Oct 2012

A weekend retreat with Ranju and Dave in Dublin at Clonlea Studio in Blackrock. This retreat will focus on nirodha – the fundamental nature of change and transformation. We will explore the teachings on parinama from the 3rd chapter of the Yoga Sutra and seek to reflect the themes in the practices on the weekend. The retreat will be limited to 20 people. We are planning a number of further study modules primarily for Viniyoga Graduates in the next few years at Emmaus House and this will be an invitation to experience both the venue and our teaching.
